Our Vision

​We believe cultural awareness and collaboration are key components to creating a strong and sustainable bond which will be beneficial to all. The DMV PAL offers several educational, recreational and extracurricular activities designed to help students step out of their comfort zones and cultivate openness to new experiences.

Our model and programming centers around the L.O.V.E. Youth™ Concept. Our goal is to help participants lead, overcome, value and empower not only themselves, but the world around them. The DMV PAL offers a safe and inclusive space allowing participants to challenge stereotypes and statistics by creating relationships with mutual understanding as the core.
